Christmas Dinner: Mini Cheeseball Bites

MINI CHEESEBALL BITES

Ingredients:
1 (8oz) block of Best Choice Cream Cheese
1 (8ox) bag of Best Choice Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 tsp Best Choice Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ cup Best Choice Pecan Pieces
1 ½ cups Superior Selections dried cranberries
24 Always Save Pretzel Sticks
Best Choice Wheat Crackers
Wax paper

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and shredded cheese together until well blended. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pecan pieces. Mix together. On a baking pan covered in wax paper, form 24 small balls with the cheeseball mixture. Cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove and cover each ball with dried cranberries. Place a pretzel stick in the middle of each ball with a cracker underneath. Serve immediately.
